Thank you for your interest in mimhtraining’s Conference Center.
Using the form below will e-mail us a request to reserve the Conference Center. Use of the space is free for DMH and MIMH employees and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The room is available 8:00am - 5:00pm M-F.
After you reserve the room, we will place your event on the calendar and e-mail you a confirmation.
The room comes pre-set with a laptop, data projector, and sound system (including a wired podium microphone and a wireless lavaliere microphone). And as an extra bonus, the space also has free Wi-Fi for your Internet browsing pleasure. The room can comfortably seat groups as large as 85.
Please note: we are willing to make special arrangements if your group needs something other than what is described above. Please send an email for more information. We would also like to let you know that the climate control systems in the room are not adjustable and we cannot always guarantee that the room will be heated or cooled to your particular comfort needs.
