Liz Sale, PhD Liz Sale, PhD received her PhD in Public Policy from the University of Missouri. She works as a Research Scientist at the Missouri Institute of Mental Health in St. Louis as an evaluator. She has previously worked with the University of Missouri-St. Louis doing survey research.
