Because this program is relatively new, we need to evaluate its long-term effectiveness.  We are asking people to complete a pretest (which must be completed before training is taken), a posttest (which must be completed within 2 weeks of the training date), and a 3-month follow-up (which must be completed within 2 weeks of receiving notice).  In exchange, you will receive a $10 Amazon gift card for your time.
